My top 9/11 challenging questions
In the course of arguing the finer points of 911 truth to people all these years, I've hit upon the questions that I feel pose the most serious challenges to the belief in the official government account(s) of that day. Thus, I think these questions, if you think about them long and hard enough, and if you are not emotionally attached at all costs to the belief in the absolute good of the US government, naturally lead to doubts about the official story, and at least to US government foreknowledge (LIHOP -- let it happen on purpose) or that some small groups of government officials planned it in advance (MIHOP -- made it happen on purpose). I think all the evidence points to MIHOP, especially considering the obvious explosives in WTC7 and the towers, and the nature of the Pentagon hit.
1) The timeline, real and edited: Why was our airspace left undefended for nearly an hour and a half, including over the supposedly highest defended central DC? The military changed their stories about the timeline, in some cases more than once. Why aren't the inconsistencies of high level officials being investigated? Why did the apparent, obvious foreknowledge of the attacks by Dick Cheney go uninvestigated? (video here) Why does the government claim ignorance of the attack, and thus ignorance of the need to defend, even as it was already unfolding on National TV, being watched by millions...is that really believable? How could they claim months of ignorance, yet swiftly produce 19 suspects within hours? Why the massive unprecedented wargames planned for the day?
2) WTC7, the 'smoking gun':
Why did WTC7 collapse at free fall speed, in the evening of 9/11? It wasn't even hit by a plane, so that (already flawed) explanation can't be used. Why are all the signatures of controlled demolition present? Why isn't this being pursued, even though even NIST and the official govt. investigation concluded that the official explanation, that it collapsed due to fire, is 'highly unlikely'. (video here)
3) WTC I&II-demolitions?: Why did the towers I+II collapse at near free-fall speed? Jet fuel can neither significantly weaken nor melt steel, yet that is the explanation. And, molten steel was in pools weeks after at Ground Zero. We are to believe that 9/11 was the first time in history 3 steel-framed skyscrapers collapsed due to fire, at free-fall speed, symmetrically in the manner of controlled demolition into their own basement footprint, in history. 3 buildings, on the same day, all for the first time. Why were large traces of sulfur, a key ingredient in military grade explosives like Thermate, found at Ground Zero? Why did the building disintegrate to fine powder as it collapsed? Why were so few office things found that weren't utterly pulverized to power or ash form? Why does film show massive explosive forces rising upward and outward, including forces strong enough to lodge entire steel beams into the neighboring buildings? What force could do all these things, if not explosives? Why did so many eyewitnesses see and hear multiple explosions, including BEFORE the planes hit, like William Rodriguez, who witnessed a co-worker come up from the basement saying "bomb" as his skin was coming off, minutes before the plane hit? Why are so many of the signatures of controlled demolition present, including 'squib' which are jet-puffs of smoke which pop out of the side of a building where charges are placed, and are well ahead of the descending 'collapse front'? (video here) Is it coincidence that Bush's brother was ex-chair of the company that secured the WTC complex, and that there were massive power-downs days before, and bomb-sniffing dogs were removed? And, that the building was to be re-wired for high bandwidth internet cabling as an excuse for these power-downs?
4) The Pentagon: Why does the hole at the Pentagon not match the entry characteristics of a huge Boeing passenger jet? Why no wingspan damage to the wall when it was supposedly hit at 500mph? Why the near-absence of plane wreckage at the site? Why the confescation within minutes by the FBI of neighboring surveillance tapes from a gas station that saw the whole thing happen? How did they know this would happen and where to go, especially since they claimed ignorance that we were under attack at all, hence no air defense? Why wouldn't a terrorist plow into the top of the building, killing the most people at the Pentagon? Why pick a crazy (some pilots say impossible with a live pilot) maneuver that spirals down to hit a newly-renovated, sparsely populated wall of the P-gon that was all the way OPPOSITE where the top brass like Rumsfeld were? Why does the govt. say both that this plane 'evaporated' and that they recovered fingerprints of the victims?
5) President Bush's strange behavior: Why didn't the secret service rush Bush out of his schoolroom appt? Why were they strangely unconcerned with him being a target? Why was Bush unconcerned for his own safety? Why did he comment later that he watched the first plane hit from his TV monitor before entering the classroom that morning when we know that no one had yet released the first hit, and those who recorded it did so by accident, and released the footage much later? 6) Foreign involvment?: Why did the head of Pakistan's ISI, the Pakistani equivalent of the CIA, wire Mohammad Atta money the day before? Why has Bin Laden, who was a CIA asset in the Afghan war with the Soviets, always miraculously escaped capture? Why has Bush said he was unconcerned with Bin Laden? Who were the Dancing Israelis?
7) Bogus 'evidence': Why have many of the hijackers turned up ALIVE? Why does the government claim as evidence a hijacker's passport found in the rubble at ground zero...are we to believe it survived the inferno intact while everything else was pulverized so that few things larger than a phone were even found that were identifiable?
8) Money moeny money: Is it coincidence that the largest spike in 'put options' trading against American Airlines and United happened the day before and on the morning right before the attacks? Is it coincidence that the Pentagon 'misplaced' 2.3 trillion dollars!!! the day before? (That's $8K for every man, woman and child in the US). Is it coincidence that the WTC was in asbestos violation, and it would have cost more to manually clean it up that to tear it down (although tearing it down would be illegal of course, as it would be an environmental hazard--as we have now seen--first responders have had MAJOR health issues related to breathing debris, including pulverized glass, concrete, and asbestos.
Many more points can be made....I think if one is honest and ponders all of these questions, the painful conclusion is inevitable: the US experienced a false-flag operation, perpetrated by a group of unknown quantity, perhaps a handful of highly ideologically committed military-industrial-complex neocon hawks, who committed mass-murder of their own people on 2001-09-11 in the interest of steering foreign and domestic policy to their advantage. 'Shock and Awe'.
